Leader Development
Unsuccessful or unsustainable delivery is often attributable to poor leadership. As nobody aspires to be a rubbish leader, you’re wanting to enhance your leadership effectiveness by working 1:1 with an Executive Coach in a confidential environment to explore areas for improvement and further develop your unique and authentic leadership style so that you can make an impact where it matters most.
Team Transformation
Some delivery failure is attributable to the inability of teams to function effectively. As nobody enjoys being part of a rubbish team, you’re wanting to enhance your team’s functioning by working with a Team Coach in a trusting, safe and confidential environment to explore areas for improvement to further develop your team’s unique and authentic team approach and deliver sustainable success. Examples of when Team Transformation is needed are:
Team Transition
Failure of change programes is often attributable to insufficient or inadequate transitioning of everyone involved from the current state to the future state. As nobody enjoys being part of a painful change programme, you’re wanting to enhance your people’s capacity and capability for change by working with a Team Coach in a trusting, safe and confidential environment so that there is a successful transition to the future state which is embraced and sustained by everyone and brings the intended benefits.

I’m an Executive Coach and Systemic Team Coach who is caring yet pragmatic and down-to-earth with a passion for supporting people through transition, transformational change, embedding learning and achieving sustainable success.
I am a Chartered Civil Engineer of 24 years standing and an MSP Advanced Practitioner for 10 years and have had a 30 year career in the infrastructure sector working for the trinity of construction contractor, project management consultants and public sector client across the full programme and project lifecycle. I’m experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams in multi-stakeholder environments.
Since going independent in 2010 I have focussed on the leadership, behavioural and cultural aspects of successful delivery and the benefits of using a coaching approach. I regularly coach Senior Leaders and Senior Leadership Teams in service of their improved performance (both collectively and individually), to achieve transformational change or transition and deliver the desired business results.
